Important Notes

The $69 coordination fee covers appointment support only. Hospital consultation fees, examinations, medications, treatments, and any other medical costs charged by the hospital are not included.

Appointment availability depends on the hospital’s scheduling system and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by the medical institution.

A $9 administrative processing fee is non-refundable once the appointment request has been submitted. If we are unable to successfully arrange the appointment, the remaining balance will be refunded according to our service policy.
