Important Notes

Specialist schedules may change without notice depending on hospital or physician department arrangements. Due to limited availability, appointment requests cannot be guaranteed until officially confirmed by the hospital or relevant department.

Hospital consultation fees, examinations, medications, and treatment costs are not included in the coordination fee.

A $9 administrative processing fee is non-refundable once the appointment request has been submitted. If the appointment request cannot be successfully arranged, the remaining balance will be refunded.
